Busy hyperventialting at the moment. Dont know what to say. Tp say I love Baz Luhrmann is an understatement and I wasnt even sure if they were actually making this film after it being cancelled again and again, but her is the first trailer. The synopsis sounds as dull as dish water:
“A romantic action-adventure set in northern Australia prior to World War II, AUSTRALIA centers on an English aristocrat who inherits a ranch the size of Maryland. When English cattle barons plot to take her land, she reluctantly joins forces with a rough-hewn cattle driver to drive 2000 head of cattle across hundreds of miles of the country’s most unforgiving land, only to still face the bombing of Darwin, Australia by the Japanese forces that had attacked Pearl Harbor only months earlier.”
But it looks beautiful. And I love Nicole (although I do realise that others do not) and after watching The Prestige I must admit that I was a little surprised at finding out he is not just Wolverine. So we can expect some good performences. But only time will tell.
