The Countdown Begins

Rumours are mounting that Doctor Who season 4 will be with us in the next 13 days and appearing just one day after Torchwood ends. The BBC are teasing to the point of mean, the theatrical trailer which has been running since the start of the year was shown just before ‘I’d do anything’ followed by a teaser of some of the upcoming monsters for this year which can now be viewed over at the BBC Doctor Who page.

I’m really loving the fact these teasers look as though they have been filmed especially. And although I hated the Dalek episode last season I am so excited about them coming back and the Ood, don’t care about the Sontaran but yay anyway it means more Doctor Who before it actually starts.

I am also excited about the return of the Doctor. However, I am also very dubious about Catherine Tate. I do hope she does some decent acting and doesn't try to include lame gag references to her show.

Dont be a fool did you not see the Runaway Bride? She was amazing. I cant wait for a Doctor helper type who isnt in love with the Doctor and will actually go 'actually hold on how about no.' So there!

Yeah I see your point. I wasn't suggesting she can't act though. I didn't make that very clear. Although the referencing is a possibility and I was suggesting that I hope there will none made. That would be like icing a M&S double chocolate gateau with happy shopper icing.
